1. Términos de uso

Qué es la app

La app sirve para hacer estimados y facturas, guardar clientes y ver reportes de lo cobrado. Funciona en el navegador y se puede instalar en el teléfono o la computadora.

Tu cuenta

• Para usarla necesitas crear una cuenta con tu correo y una contraseña.
• Tú cuidas tu contraseña y eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta.
• Debes tener al menos 18 años o la edad legal para hacer contratos en tu estado.

Planes y precios

• Gratis: puedes usar la app sin pagar; los documentos llevan la marca "MUESTRA" y no se pueden enviar ni descargar.
• Prueba gratis: 3 días con todo incluido, sin tarjeta.
• Suscripción: $12.99 al mes o $99 al año (dólares de EE. UU.), más impuestos si aplican. Se cobra por adelantado y se renueva sola cada mes o cada año hasta que la canceles.
• Los pagos los procesa Stripe. La app no ve ni guarda los números de tu tarjeta.
• Si el precio cambia, te aviso por correo antes de tu próxima renovación.

Tu información y tus documentos

• Lo que escribes (tu negocio, tus clientes, tus estimados y facturas) es tuyo. Solo lo uso para darte el servicio.
• Tú eres responsable de que tus documentos sean correctos (precios, impuestos, datos de tus clientes) y de cumplir las leyes que te apliquen. La app no es un servicio de contabilidad, impuestos ni asesoría legal.

Uso correcto

No uses la app para fraude, para hacer facturas falsas, para enviar spam ni para nada ilegal. No intentes entrar a cuentas de otras personas ni dañar el servicio. Si pasa, puedo suspender o cerrar la cuenta.

El servicio

• Hago lo posible para que la app funcione siempre, pero puede haber fallas, pausas o cambios. La app se ofrece "tal como está".
• Te recomiendo descargar en PDF los documentos importantes para tener tu propia copia.
• En la medida que la ley lo permita, Lia Alice Home Improvement LLC no es responsable de pérdidas indirectas (por ejemplo, ganancias perdidas), y su responsabilidad total no pasa de lo que pagaste en los últimos 12 meses.

Cambios y ley

Puedo actualizar estos términos; la fecha de arriba dice cuándo. Si el cambio es importante, te aviso. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Nueva Jersey, EE. UU.

2. Política de privacidad

Qué información se guarda

• Tu cuenta: correo y contraseña (la contraseña se guarda cifrada; nadie la puede leer).
• Lo que escribes en la app: datos de tu negocio, logo, firma, clientes, estimados, facturas y fotos de trabajos.
• Tu suscripción: si pagaste, el plan y las fechas. Los datos de la tarjeta los guarda Stripe, no la app.
• Datos técnicos básicos que todo sitio recibe (tipo de navegador, dirección IP) para que la página funcione y esté protegida.

Para qué se usa

Solo para darte el servicio: guardar tus documentos, que los veas en todos tus equipos, cobrar tu suscripción, ayudarte en soporte y proteger la app de fraudes. No vendo tu información ni la uso para anuncios.

Con quién se comparte

Solo con los servicios que hacen funcionar la app, y solo lo necesario:

• Supabase — guarda tu cuenta y tus datos.
• Stripe — procesa los pagos.
• Cloudflare — tiene la página en internet y la protege.

También la compartiría si una ley o una autoridad lo exige.

Tus clientes

Los datos de tus clientes que pones en la app son tuyos y tú decides qué guardar. La app solo los guarda para ti y no los uso para nada más.

Seguridad

La conexión va cifrada (https) y cada cuenta solo puede ver sus propios datos. Ningún sistema es 100% seguro, pero cuido tu información con servicios reconocidos.

Tus derechos

Puedes ver y cambiar tus datos en la app cuando quieras. Para pedir una copia o borrar tu cuenta y todos tus datos, escríbeme a [email protected]. Lo que borras en la app va a la Papelera y se borra para siempre a los 30 días.

Niños

La app es para negocios y personas adultas. No está hecha para menores de 18 años.

Almacenamiento en tu equipo

La app guarda una copia de tus datos en tu navegador para que funcione rápido y sin internet. No usa cookies de publicidad.

3. Cancelación y reembolsos

• Cancela cuando quieras, sin contrato: en la app, en Negocio → Administrar suscripción, o escribiéndome a mi correo.
• Al cancelar, sigues teniendo todo hasta el final del periodo que ya pagaste (el mes o el año). Después tu cuenta pasa a modo gratis; tus datos no se borran.
• No hay reembolsos por periodos ya empezados, ni por partes de un mes o un año.
• Excepciones: si se te cobró por error, dos veces, o la app no te funcionó por una falla de la app, escríbeme dentro de los 14 días del cobro y te devuelvo el dinero.
• Los reembolsos vuelven a la misma tarjeta y pueden tardar de 5 a 10 días hábiles en verse, según tu banco.

What the app is

The app lets you make estimates and invoices, save clients and see reports of what you collected. It works in the browser and can be installed on your phone or computer.

Your account

• To use it you create an account with your email and a password.
• You keep your password safe and are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 18 or the legal age to make contracts in your state.

Plans and prices

• Free: you can use the app without paying; documents carry a "SAMPLE" mark and can't be sent or downloaded.
• Free trial: 3 days with everything included, no card.
• Subscription: $12.99 per month or $99 per year (US dollars), plus taxes if any. It's charged in advance and renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. The app never sees or stores your card numbers.
• If the price changes, I'll email you before your next renewal.

Your information and documents

• What you enter (your business, clients, estimates and invoices) is yours. I only use it to provide the service.
• You are responsible for your documents being correct (prices, taxes, client details) and for following the laws that apply to you. The app is not an accounting, tax or legal advice service.

Proper use

Don't use the app for fraud, fake invoices, spam or anything illegal. Don't try to access other people's accounts or harm the service. If that happens, I may suspend or close the account.

The service

• I do my best to keep the app working, but there may be outages, pauses or changes. The app is provided "as is".
• I recommend downloading important documents as PDF to keep your own copy.
• To the extent the law allows, Lia Alice Home Improvement LLC is not liable for indirect losses (for example, lost profits), and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

I may update these terms; the date above shows when. If a change is important, I'll let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

2. Privacy policy

What is stored

• Your account: email and password (the password is stored encrypted; no one can read it).
• What you enter in the app: business details, logo, signature, clients, estimates, invoices and job photos.
• Your subscription: whether you paid, the plan and the dates. Card details are kept by Stripe, not by the app.
• Basic technical data every website receives (browser type, IP address) so the site works and stays protected.

What it's used for

Only to provide the service: save your documents, show them on all your devices, charge your subscription, help you in support and protect the app against fraud. I don't sell your information or use it for ads.

Who it's shared with

Only with the services that run the app, and only what's needed:

• Supabase — stores your account and data.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Cloudflare — hosts and protects the website.

I'd also share it if a law or an authority requires it.

Your clients

Your clients' details that you enter are yours and you decide what to save. The app only stores them for you, and I don't use them for anything else.

Security

The connection is encrypted (https) and each account can only see its own data. No system is 100% secure, but I protect your information with well-known services.

Your rights

You can see and change your data in the app anytime. To request a copy or to delete your account and all your data, email me at [email protected]. What you delete in the app goes to the Trash and is deleted forever after 30 days.

Children

The app is for businesses and adults. It is not made for anyone under 18.

Storage on your device

The app keeps a copy of your data in your browser so it works fast and offline. It doesn't use advertising cookies.

3. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime, no contract: in the app under Business → Manage subscription, or by emailing me.
• When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you already paid (the month or the year). Then your account switches to free mode; your data is not deleted.
• There are no refunds for periods that already started, or parts of a month or year.
• Exceptions: if you were charged by mistake, twice, or the app didn't work for you because of an error in the app, email me within 14 days of the charge and I'll refund you.
• Refunds go back to the same card and can take 5 to 10 business days to show, depending on your bank.
